How do I shop online?
With ease. Once you’ve found the product you’re after, select a size from the drop-down menu and click ‘ADD TO CART’. You’ll be taken to your shopping cart where you can either check-out via our secure server or continue perusing our range.
Can I place a phone order?
Oh, happy day! You can call and speak to a human! If you prefer to place orders over the phone, simply give us a call on (02) 6778 7357 with your order and credit card details at the ready.
Do you accept postal, fax or email orders?

Are your prices in AUD?
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars unless stated otherwise.
How are Australian orders shipped?
Nobody wants to be kept in shipping limbo, so we strive to send all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receiving them. If for some reason we’re delayed, we’ll give you a courtesy call or email.
Delivery is usually via Australia Post, and can vary depending on your location. Check out estimated delivery times, here.
Help! My order’s urgent!
Get in touch, as we may be able to help. Unfortunately, once your order is in the courier’s hands, it’s out of ours - so always let us know as soon as possible if you need speedy shipping.
Why hasn’t my order arrived?
Slow delivery is a frustrating thing, and we’re sorry to hear you’re waiting. If you still haven’t received your online order after 10 days, please contact us and we’ll launch an investigation. We’re known for our detective prowess, and most lost or missing parcels can be tracked down (or simply show up at our warehouse). So, don’t hesitate to call or email with any concerns.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, New Zealand is our only international shipping partner. For Kiwi friends wishing to place an order, you can do so online - just make sure to check your country’s agricultural department for any restrictions beforehand.
s payment secure?
Online and offline, we take your personal details seriously. We use a secure online server to protect your credit card details, and our mail order list is never, ever accessible by third parties.
Are there alternative ways to pay?
Besides Visa and Mastercard, you can pay via money order, cheque or bank transfer. Simply select your preferred method of payment at check-out.
For money orders and cheques, print out your order confirmation and fax or post it along with your payment.

Do you have an exchange policy?
Yes! But you need to notify us and return the item unopened within 10 days - because freshness and quality is paramount. Unfortunately, we can’t accept claims after this time.
Can I get a refund?
For changes of mind or ordering accidents, we’ll happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method. Unfortunately, shipping charges can’t be included.
What if my product isn’t up to scratch?
It’s first-rate herbs or nothing at Austral, so if you’ve found your product to be faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample, don’t keep it to yourself - let us know about it.
Depending on the circumstances, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement - provided you get it back to us in reasonable time with proof of purchase.
