FOLLOWING ARE A FEW GUIDELINES TO HELP YOU WITH PURCHASES

SHOPPING: To purchase items simply select the ”Buy Now” button next to the item you would like which adds the item to your cart. Items in the cart may be viewed at any time and changed. This is done through the ‘Cart Contents’ button. When you have finished making purchases follow instructions to the check out which takes you to our secure server for payment.
PRICES: All our prices are in Australian Dollars (unless otherwise noted)
DELIVERY: (International customers see below)
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, we endeavour to send out orders between 24 to 48hrs after receipt of payment, we do our best to fill orders promptly, but if there are delays, we will contact you.
Delivery is generally via Australia Post. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, however please allow up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive. You can get an estimated delivery timeframe for your location here.
For delivery of urgent orders please let us know as we may be able to help.
Unfortunately once your order has left our premises and is in the hands of the courier we no longer have control over its delivery. So in the unfortunate case of a late or missing order we cannot be held responsible, but are more than willing to launch an investigation via that courier into locating the missing goods. In almost all cases these parcels do turn up either back to us or to the intended recipient eventually. So please do not hesitate to contact us if your order has not turned up after at least 10 days and we will check all details and get the investigation process launched for you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: At this time Austral Herbs is only offering international shipping to New Zealand. This is the only country outside of Australia we ship to. If you are located in New Zealand please contact us directly via email or phone if you wish to order.
PAYMENT: Using our fully secure online purchasing facility. It is as simple as selecting which payment options you choose and clicking on the appropriate option. To send sensitive payment details across the Internet we use a secure server which protects credit card details. Please note that all customer details are treated with the utmost discretion and our mail order list will not be provided to anyone else.
We accept both Visa & Mastercard.
Credit cards are processed before orders are accepted, to confirm payment has been made due to possible credit card fraud problems.
MONEY ORDERS, CHEQUES & BANK TRANSFERS: Click on your selection when choosing payment and print out your Order Confirmation.
Fax or Post the order with your payment.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Notification of exchanges must be made and returned within 10 days.
NO CLAIMS ARE ACKNOWLEDGED AFTER THIS TIME.
If you have changed your mind or accidentaly ordered the wrong product and request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, only once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.
