Description
Women have used chaste tree berry for thousands of years to treat menstrual problems, infertility and other gynaecological issues.
Today, chaste tree is still widely used to support female reproductive health, in particular symptoms of PMS or pre-menstrual syndrome. In Europe, it is an approved treatment for menstrual cycle irregularities, breast tenderness and other symptoms associated with PMS. Chaste tree is also used to clear acne, balance hormones and treat enlarged prostate.
