Description
Grassy, hay-like, and slightly bitter, the flavour of celery is reminiscent of fennel and anise but milder. Dried celery leaf is twice as strong as the fresh vegetable, and adds great flavour to your cooking or in a tea. High in iron, magnesium and vitamin C.
