Description
High in vitamin C, potassium and calcium Bilberries have been used for improving eyesight, including night vision. Also used for treating eye conditions such as cataracts and disorders of the retina.
Other known medicinal uses include; to treat conditions of the heart and blood vessels including hardening of the arteries, varicose veins and chest pain, chronic fatigue, haemorrhoids, diabetes, osteoarthritis, gout, skin and gastrointestinal infections, kidney disease and urinary tract infections.
